MONROE HALL, TULANE UNIVERISTY

For the design of Monroe Hall, Koch and Wilson was associated with Dibolls-Kessels & Associates.  This twelve-story reinforced concrete structure contains approximately 290 rooms housing 520 male students and advisors.  Lounges, elevators, stairs, toilets, and shower rooms are located near the center of the building, with double-loaded corridors extending out from the center.

Monroe Hall was the fourth Tulane.Newcomb dormitory designed by Koch and Wilson.
